Position Overview

Entry-level opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals to join our Manufacturing Team. Receive hands-on training in precision mechanical assembly of large CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble CNC machine components following detailed procedures
• Perform precise fitting, aligning, and adjusting to strict tolerances
• Work alongside senior team members in a collaborative environment
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Contribute to quality control and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred (or we will train):

• 2-5 years mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of shop practices and safety procedures
• Experience with hand tools and measuring instruments
• Certificate or diploma in mechanical trades
