Position Overview

Join our Customer Service Team as a CNC Machine Tool Phone Support Technician. Provide remote technical support to customers and field service staff for large CNC machining centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical phone support to customers and field service technicians
• Research technical documentation to resolve equipment issues and recommend parts
• Generate parts and service quotations using ERP system
• Communicate via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Occasional on-site customer visits for hands-on technical assistance

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills:

• Proven technical telephone support experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient with electronic data management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industrial automation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• CNC machine knowledge
